Brain Fog: What the Term Means & When to Get Help

“Brain fog” is an informal description people use for experiences such as difficulty concentrating or feeling mentally slowed. It is not a specific diagnosis and can have many possible contributors.

Start with context, not a product

Sleep, stress, nutrition, medications, substances, illness and other factors may matter. New, severe, persistent or worsening cognitive symptoms should not be self-diagnosed from an affiliate website.
